How do I place an order?

1. Browse the Dunomi website and choose the DIY kits or products you’d like to purchase.
2. Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
3. Once you have added all desired items to your cart, click the cart icon at the top right of the page and select “Proceed to Checkout.”
4. Fill in the required information, including your shipping address and payment details.
5. Review your order and click “Place Order” to complete the purchase.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

How can I reset my password?

1. Go to the login page and click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
4. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for further assistance.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

1. First, check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
2. Make sure the email address you provided during checkout is correct.
3. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team at contact@dunomi.com, providing your order details (e.g., name, email, and order date), and we’ll resend the confirmation.

How can I track my order?

1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Click the tracking link in the email or enter the tracking number on the courier’s website (InPost, DPD, or DHL, depending on the shipping method).
3. You can also log in to your Dunomi account and go to the “My Orders” section to check the order status and track your package.

How do I return or exchange a product?

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.
3. Submit a return request through our online form, via email at contact@dunomi.com, or by calling our support team.
4. For returns within Poland, we offer free return shipping. We will provide you with a return label.
5. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
6. If you requested an exchange, any additional payment may be required for a different product.
